We charge a flat rate of EUR 4.50 per delivery for packaging and shipping costs throughout Germany. From an order value of 70 euros we ship free of charge.

While we're a small business, we do our best to usually ship next business day. Depending on the speed and volume, the shipping time is usually between one and three working days.

That can have several reasons. Especially during the Corona period, there are always delays due to the high volume of parcels delivered to the deliverers. For individual clarification as to why your order has not yet arrived, please send us an email to store@gravur-concepts.eu .

We strive to choose our packaging as sustainable as possible. We don't put plastic in the box, we use shipping materials made from recycled paper or grass paper, or we recycle ourselves by reusing shipping boxes. Therefore, it may be that the package that arrives with you may no longer look beautiful. :)
