We charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros per delivery for packaging and shipping costs throughout Germany. Shipping is free for orders over 50 euros . For shipments to other EU countries, shipping is 15.90 euros, and shipping is free for orders over 100 euros.

Although we are a small company, we do our best to ship on the same or next working day. Depending on speed and volume, shipping times are usually between one and three working days within Germany, and between five and eight working days to other EU countries.

Unfortunately, this is currently not possible due to a warehouse change. However, if you are from Aachen, please contact us for individual solutions.

We ship with DHL as standard. Either as registered mail or as a parcel with GoGreen service. Shipment tracking is always possible.

This means Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus. Other countries are possible on request (e.g. by email). For orders totaling 100 euros or more, shipping is free throughout the EU.

There can be several reasons for this. Due to the high volume of parcels, there can be delays from time to time. To find out why your order has not yet arrived, please send us an email to store@gravur-concepts.eu .

We try to choose the most sustainable packaging possible. We don't put plastic in our boxes, we use shipping material made from recycled paper or grass paper or we recycle ourselves by reusing shipping boxes. Therefore, the package that arrives at your place may not look beautiful anymore. :)
